Physiotherapy Assessment (in person or virtual)
Includes a full physiotherapy assessment and addressing the underlying cause of your difficulty. We will go over your intake information, discuss the assessment findings and create a treatment plan.

Your assessment includes a detailed intake with our registered physiotherapist, an explanation of their findings and appropriate exercises to start you on your way! We bring all of the necessary equipment to you. This assessment is for pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
Physiotherapy Follow-up (in person or virtual)
Includes an assessment to determine where treatment should be directed, treatment to help improve the difficulty and a home exercise plan to help you get the most out of physiotherapy.

Includes a 30 minute appointment. Longer appointments available by request. Appointments outside of Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Fergus may incur a small driving fee. Appointment may include manual therapy, acupuncture, exercise prescription and education.
Out of Guelph/Fergus/Elora Service Fees
We pride ourselves on offering high quality care for all. We see clients in Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge and offer select appointments in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Milton. A fee between $10 and $20 per appointment will be applied to appointments outside of our primary service area.
Financial Assistance Rates Available
We set aside a few appointments a week for orthopedic, pediatric and pelvic floor patients who would otherwise be unable to afford care. Send us a message to learn more.
